Venue rental rates are based on Event Date. Spring (March-June) and Fall (September-November) rates are the most desirable and are considered “Peak Season”. Saturdays are the highest value and most desirable, while Fridays & Sundays “Off-peak” months, offer the most cost effective opportunity to hosting at the Cordelle. Our venue weekday rates (Monday-Thursday) are Hourly *minimums apply*. The versatile pricing really offers clients of varying budgets to host at the Cordelle.

The Cordelle does not provide tables & chairs, this gives our clients ultimate flexibility to choose the look & style of their event. We work with our clients to insure they are connected with Nashville’s amazing event community and after over a decade of hosting events we can have an immense amount of knowledge to share with our clients.
The venue rental includes 2 custom Bars for bar/drink service and a 6ft wooden farm table created for the Cordelle by Nashville artisan, HOLLER DESIGNS. The Loft is fully furnished and offers an elegantly designed private suite, living area, dining area, wet bar & private bathroom. *Capacity 25*

Full day rentals are 14 hours in the space. We allow clients to use 12 hours for their event timeline (load-in, event timeline through guest departure) with the last 2 hours reserved for vendor load-out. If requested, we allow clients to add additional hours at an hourly rental rate.

The Cordelle has an “open vendor policy”. This allows you to use the licensed and insured vendor of your choice. Nashville’s event community is diverse and can accommodate a wide range of styles and budgets. We can also connect you with our trusted partners for event rentals and catering for a more inclusive experience.

At the Cordelle, clients can BYOB their beverage service, but it must be served by your hired licensed and insured catering team or you may hire bartenders through our approved staffing service. *No outside professional bar service is permitted.*
The Cordelle also offers an optional “in-house” bar service that shines with creativity and hospitality. We will curate selections of beer and wine, create signature cocktails, custom menus, ice service, professional experienced bartenders. Our beverage team brings deep knowledge of craft beer, mixology and WSET III wine credentials to your bar service. This allows our clients to focus on the Celebration and we take care of the libations!

Cordelle has open street parking on Lindsley and Academy, directly in front of the venue and on a adjacent street. We also offer additional paid parking at a paved lot 1 block away. This parking can be reserved on our shop page on the website.

Dates are easily reserved by e-signing your contract and placing a 50% deposit, the remaining balance is due 90 days before your event date.
