the STORY

From the initial visit to Hosting your event, The Cordelle Team maintains it’s goal of creating the “perfect downtown Nashville event venue”, offering a decade of experience and support as clients create their perfect event.

Initial inspiration for the space grew out of Leigh Watson’s own wedding-planning frustrations. The goal to find a downtown Nashville wedding venue with luxury, charm and flexibility… and one that had availability, this proved a nearly impossible challenge. That experience highlighted a need in the Nashville event space landscape and the three partners set out to create what they felt would be a welcomed addition to the community in Music City.

After acquiring and renovating a late-1800s property in Downtown Nashville’s SoBro Neighborhood, The Cordelle team launched this unique historic property with a new modern spirit. The intent was to offer clients an elegant and inviting space for weddings, corporate events, music, fashion, art, non-profit and many, many more. Offering flexibility to customize your event style and “white-glove” service from a locally based team that ensures your event is set-up for success.

We are in the business of Celebration! The venue is a place where creative ideas come together with on-the-ground execution. The Cordelle team, is one that exemplifies dedication to that very task and a passion for the craft of hosting seamless events.

The Cordelle

The Cordelle is located in Downtown Nashville, less than one mile from Broadway and Music City Center. This award-winning venue is one of the last remaining Victorian homes in the area preserving the city’s historic charm. The space is known for its' expansive private garden and dramatic vaulted ceilings.

SAINT ELLE

Located in Wedgewood Houston, two miles from Broadway, Saint Elle boasts 8,000 sq. ft. of open venue space. The historic bow truss architecture and modern amenities make this LARGE venue the perfect location for any type of event. Well-appointed private suites, elevated beverage service and on-site parking give your guests an unforgettable experience.

Estelle is an Event Space focused on hospitality and located one mile from Downtown in East Nashville. This architectural gem combines Victorian elegance with the charm of a historic cabin. The versatile property offers indoor/outdoor space, custom furnishings, catering and beverage service in-house and is the ideal venue for intimate events.
